DC to DC Converter

Powercube, a leading supplier of quality power supplies, introduces the innovative, high performance Series QED.  Part of Powercube's DC to DC converter family, Series QED offers a wide range of highly efficient (over 90%), microprocessor controlled converters featuring single-board design with optional integrated baseplate and heatsink and enclosed lid.

QED converters achieve exceptional low-loss power conversion with advanced synchronous rectification and integrated, planar magnetic technology.  The internal microprocessor enables QED converters to outperform any comparable converter by maintaining consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness under any fault condition.  48V models operate with inputs ranging from 36 to 75 VDC and 24V models with inputs of 18 to 36 VDC, and can handle output currents up to 30A.  Outputs range from 1.5V to 28V, which can be adjusted -20% to +10% using the trim pin.

Other features include industry standard pin-out, constant switching frequency, digitally controlled soft-start, under- and over-voltage lockout, overload and short circuit protection, output over-voltage protection, and thermal shutdown (auto recovery).
